At the very beginning of everything, we would like to say that we are connecting process, people & assets into unison and provide a unified experience.
Fewer disruptions,

What is the problem we are
solving?
Today in the aerospace industry, an aircraft requires an extensive service. focussing on the devices which needs to be configured, updated, used and maintained. Average time for configuration shoots up to 1 week or more.
Maintainance of the devices is another time consuming and requires a lot of manual intervention which can be assisted with technology if designed well.
in the company we are providing data services, configuring device sin aircrafts building and plants.
For a customer who owns all three ( aircraft, plant and building ) and using our services needs to access different software, platforms to maintain his/her process, assets and people.
We are offering a unified and a common experience of configuration and maintenance of assets/devices,common for buildings, aircraft and Plants.

In the present scenario, configuration, consume and maintain are independent of each other. Individual and unique platforms and software for each phase. Dependency on ground servers and traditional method of collecting and uploading data from aircraft.
The actors in the ecosystem use specific software platforms for a specific purpose.

We need to put a layer of automation & intelligence on the current customer journey, re-look At when and where are we going to automate the step, ( with what level of automation ).

Then assess the human agency required at those steps, and to what extent, how crucial is the Human agency at that step, and why the machine agency won’t be enough or trustworthy. Also, to think about where we can slide in intelligence in the current customer journey leading. to enhance the experience, the forecast & preparedness.
